Our Shropshire garden has gradually evolved over the last 20 years, giving us much pleasure despite the hard work.  I have been creating these garden pictures since 2004 and yes honestly they are all from this garden!

My approach to producing these limited edition prints has to be influenced by my work as a lighting designer.  Light, be it capturing natural light in my images or making the best use of artificial light in our homes, has always fascinated me.

As a designer, my first thought is how to use natural lighting so my pictures are inspired by the quality of the natural light and how it affects what we see.  I show the garden ‘as it is’.  Everything in situ, no studio shots, no flash, just the wonderful profusion and haphazardness of nature.

Some of you who have visited this web site before will notice that the Table Lamps and Lamp Shades are no longer displayed for sale.  There is a very good reason for this.  As I create individual shades and lamps with no two lamps or shades being the same unless created as a pair, it proved difficult to keep the web site up to date with sales so I decided to take them off with just some samples on show to indicate what I can do.  Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like a lamp or have seen a lamp you like and we can discuss things in more detail.
